v0.5.5b - some more bugfixes!

Fixed a bug where enemies were still active during boss fights (this was evident with the Millennium Museum area 2 boss, where one of the cloud enemies could wander into the boss fight)
Adjusted the soul slasher so that it doesn't deactivate when you're near a wall, as the new collision code prevents any issues with it not deactivating properly
Adjusted the size and hitbox of Millennium Museum area 1's miniboss to be a little easier to dodge
Fixed a bug where crouching on a moving platform heading upwards would get you stuck in the platform, unable to walk left or right
Adjusted the timing on the sword attacks to make the third slash easier to execute
