- fixed a nasty audio bug if you were to somehow clip into lava and couldn't get out
- speaking of clipping into lava, fixed a bit of collision in Volcanic Peak area 2 where you could clip into the lava and not get out
- fixed some collision with the falling blocks in Volcanic Peak area 2 and its secret level
- fixed a bug in the stage select where starting a new game wouldn't properly clear the icons for collected items
