This one's a big update, cause Volcanic Peak is now available in normal gameplay and not just in the debug menu, complete with bosses! There's a lot of other new additions too:

- Implemented secret mini levels hidden in each of the main levels' two parts

- Implemented a sound test (press esc/select on the stage select, or esc in debug mode)

- Added Volcanic Peak to the stage select

- Debug mode enables after you've cleared both available stages rather than just the one

- Lots of bug fixes and improvements, like natsuko's jumping animation actually displays now!
